Beit Sahem, a village in 3km to the south of Damascus with a population estimated by 15,667
Afternoon on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 government forces open fire randomly on unarmed civilians as they were trying to leave Beit Sahem in the south of Damascus.

Abu Omar Al Ghoutani a resident in Beit Sahem, witnessed the incident and still alive told SNHR after communicating with him:
